Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, dried thyme, and salt. Mix well.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with your favorite low-sodium sides.
