1/2cupshredded cheesecheddar, mozzarella, or your preference
1/2cupchopped vegetablessuch as bell peppers, spinach, or onions
1tablespoonolive oil or butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Heat the olive oil or butter in your oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
