Instructions
Preheat your breakfast sandwich maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Split the English muffins in half, and lightly toast them.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the egg compartments of the sandwich maker. Close the lid and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Open the lid and carefully remove the cooked eggs using a spatula.
Place one slice of cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin.
Top the cheese with the cooked eggs and any additional toppings you desire.
Finish by adding the top half of the English muffin to complete the sandwich.
Gently press the sandwich together and transfer it back to the sandwich maker to warm through for another minute.
Remove the sandwich from the maker, let it cool for a moment, and enjoy!
Notes
Experiment with different types of cheese for added flavor. Customize your sandwich with your favorite toppings or condiments. Feel free to use whole wheat English muffins for a healthier option.
