Ingredients
  

  • 2 English muffins
  • 2 slices of cheese cheddar or your preferred variety
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings sliced tomatoes, spinach, or cooked bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your breakfast sandwich maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Split the English muffins in half, and lightly toast them.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the egg compartments of the sandwich maker. Close the lid and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  • Open the lid and carefully remove the cooked eggs using a spatula.
  • Place one slice of cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin.
  • Top the cheese with the cooked eggs and any additional toppings you desire.
  • Finish by adding the top half of the English muffin to complete the sandwich.
  • Gently press the sandwich together and transfer it back to the sandwich maker to warm through for another minute.
  • Remove the sandwich from the maker, let it cool for a moment, and enjoy!
